vitakai.app is a pre-launch waitlist site for Vitakai, an upcoming personalised wellness mobile app. By submitting your email through the early-access form on this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

These terms apply to the waitlist site only. Use of the Vitakai mobile app, when launched, will be governed by separate terms presented at sign-up inside the app.

By submitting your email or otherwise using this site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your email or continue using the site.

By joining the waitlist you consent to:

• Receive a launch notification when Vitakai is ready for early access.
• Receive occasional product updates about features in development.
• Be contacted directly by us in response to any enquiries you send.

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing support@vitakai.app.

You agree not to:

• Submit anyone else’s email address without their permission.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit emails.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload the site or its systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to remove email addresses from the waitlist or block access to the site if we identify abuse or violation of these terms.

Vitakai is being designed as a wellness education and personalised lifestyle guidance tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information presented in the app or on this waitlist site does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always speak to a clinician about any specific medical concerns or before making changes to medication, supplements, or treatment.

This site is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the early-access programme will result in app delivery on a specific timeline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitakai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your participation in the early-access programme.

You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@vitakai.app. We may also remove email addresses from the waitlist if we identify abuse, persistent delivery failures, or if you have requested removal.

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or remaining on the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, where Vitakai’s holding company is based. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
